Hi, I’m Chloe! I am a pre-licensed clinician (pursuing LPCC licensure) dedicated to helping clients achieve holistic wellbeing. With a background in Kinesiology (BS, UMN) and Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MS, Capella), I specialize in the deep connection between physical and mental health.

My Approach

I provide person-centered care tailored to your specific needs. Using ACT, CBT and DBT frameworks, I help clients navigate low mood, anxiety, self-criticism, and complex suicidal ideation. I am also an ally to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and can offer a Christian perspective in therapy for those who request it. I also integrate movement, dance, and art into therapy helping find unique ways to cope.

She also has interest in working with new mothers/ peri-natal mental health needs and students in college settings.

Interests: Outside of my practice and staying home with my kids, I teach dance and enjoy singing, reading, and film.

Experience

I have several years of experience across residential treatment (IRTS), substance use, adolescent day treatment, and outpatient clinics, providing individual, group, and family therapy.

As an LPC specializing in perinatal mental health, self harm, somatic and nervous system regulation Chloe bridges the gap between Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and ACT. Her previous 3 years of experience, coupled with an interest in body movement, outdoor therapy and training in Kinesiology makes her a great therapist.
