    Carla has been providing mental health services for a decade to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. She believes foundations are built on internal strength in families and as individuals. She helps couples, families, and individuals to feel more connected and understood by the people who surround them, done in an open, warm, and engaging environment. She believes that working collaboratively can enhance accomplishments. She finds that her most enduring passion is to help clients clarify obstacles that stand in the way of happiness.

    Background:

    Having grown up in both Lebanon and Germany before moving to the US provided her an invaluable experience with various cultures and languages. She loves to drum, kickbox, spend time with her husband and adult children. Carla tries really hard to not like the Vikings and it remains a hurdle to her happiness.

    Master of Arts in Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School

    Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northwestern with a Minor in Theological Studies
