Introspect Mental Health is pleased to offer Yoga Therapy instructed by Jessica Lopez. Jessica is a certified yoga instructor and has over 20 years experience of yoga and meditation practice.
Yoga therapy is a powerful practice that integrates movement, breath work, and mindfulness to promote healing and overall well-being. Yoga therapy is especially beneficial for those dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. The practice offers gentle techniques that support emotional regulation, resilience, and nervous system balance.
Patients will develop an understanding of the mind-body connection by combining breath-centered movement, meditation, and mindfulness. Patients will learn how to release stored tension, cultivate self-awareness, and develop coping strategies for emotional well-being.
Yoga therapy is for every BODY, regardless of physical limitations, emotional imbalances, or chronic conditions. Jessica will create a compassionate, supportive space where students can safely explore their practice, cultivate inner peace, and restore harmony in their lives.

This is a specialized class. Since we are not providing this as a billable service, this service is provided outside of insurance.
Classes are 25.00 per person.
In person at our White Bear Lake office & virtual. In person spots are limited.
